The very protracted hearing in the osse of

Carpmasi v. Po Yuen now being tried in Original Jurisdiction

has caused great delay in the progress of the Trial Paper.

The Chief Justice with a view of avoiding

congestion in the Courts proposes to sit in Original Jurisdiotion

on two days, Monday and Luesday, and in Summary Jurisdictioh on

two daya, Wednesday and Thursday, in every week, other than the

time occupied by Criminal Sessions.

This arrangement will continue until the

case referred to is disposed of.

The Trial Paper will be proceeded with on

Monday, 4th June at 10.30.
